» World'Vest Base announces Global Insiders Dealing Database

World´Vest Base (WVB), the global fundamental financial provider announces the launch of a new database of Global Insiders Dealing. The database currently covers the UK , France , Canada , Australia , Malaysia , Singapore , Hong Kong and New Zealand . Future geographical coverage will be added depending on availability and release of the data. History is available, but varies by country.

Transactions covered are for both corporate insiders and large institutional transaction as mandated disclosures by local stock exchanges. The data covered are for equities as well as for options granted. The data is fully indexed, allowing users to search and retrieve the data by company, director, institution, dates of disclosure, date of transaction and security type.
